Brad spent his early years in Duluth, MN, growing up on the big lake (Superior). On completing his degree, he spent some time in Arizona and South Carolina before returning home to MN to start a family.
After working in restaurant management, bartending at night and staying home to raise his kids, Brad went back to school to add an accounting degree to his skillset.
Pursuing several positions in the accounting field, he realized he enjoyed working with and helping people with their taxes and joined ROR where he specializes in bookkeeping for small business and individual taxes.
Away from the office, he enjoys the outdoors - whether its downhill skiing, golfing, hiking, traveling or just hanging out at the lake with his family.
Ben grew up as the middle child in a a family of 3 boys. Out of high school, Ben tried his hand at culinary arts school, but discovered he really disliked cooking and prefers supporting the local restaurant scene instead.
Good thing he was no stranger to the tax profession. His father owned his own tax business and Ben would assist him every tax season. He tookover the business when his dad retired 20 years ago.
After many years of being a sole practioner, Ben was looking for change. He wanted to grow his business and to grow professionally and decided to join us at ROR.
Ben is a past board member of the MN Chapter of the NATP (National Association of Tax Professionals) having served in the position for six years.
August (Augie) grew up with his twin brother, Max, his mom, Victoria and his dad, Matt in New Ulm, MN. He attended Mankato State. As the youngest member of the ROR team he is excited to be starting his third year as a junior tax specialist.

Outside of the office, he likes to surround himself with nature, go camping, attend music festivals around the country and explore the local restaurant and brewery scene.
Born in Saint Paul, currently residing in Woodbury, James spent his formative years in and around the Twin Cities.
James attended and graduated from Mankato State University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and started his career working for RSM in Minneapolis. It didn't take long before he realized the corporate tax world wasn't for him.
James joined ROR so he could enjoy a more balanced home /work life that he prefers (at least 8 months of the year) and the flexibility to pursue his passion for travel and the outdoors outside of tax season.
During tax season, James is 100% committed to helping clients with their personal and small business tax needs.
