Larry has taxes in his blood. He's the son of a tax attorney and grew up watching his father work long hours during tax season. Somehow, this didn't deter him from pursuing a similar career.
Larry has broad tax experience having worked for H and R Block and AdvisorNet Financial Partners as a Tax Specialist. His primary focus as an Enrolled Agent is on his clients and their tax preparation and planning needs.
When he's not elbows deep in tax documents you might find him enjoying a round of golf, bicycling around the cities, coaching youth sports, or relaxing in South Minneapolis where he lives with his wife, Ruth, and his two teenage children, Julia and Michael.
August (Augie) grew up with his twin brother, Max, his mom, Victoria and his dad, Matt in New Ulm, MN. He attended Mankato State.
August has his eyes set on completing a degree in accounting, and becoming a full-fledged Tax Specialist at ROR, with the hope of one day receiving his EA designation.
Outside of the office, he likes to surround himself with nature, go camping, attend music festivals around the country and explore the local restaurant and brewery scene.
Brad spent his early years in Duluth, MN, growing up on the big lake (Superior). On completing his degree, he spent some time in Arizona and South Carolina before returning home to MN to start a family.
After working in restaurant management, bartending at night and staying home to raise his kids, Brad went back to school to add an accounting degree to his skillset.
Pursuing several positions in the accounting field, he realized he enjoyed working with and helping people with their taxes and joined ROR where he specializes in bookkeeping for small business and individual taxes.
Away from the office, he enjoys the outdoors - whether its downhill skiing, golfing, hiking, traveling or just hanging out at the lake with his family.
Born in Saint Paul, currently residing in Woodbury, James spent his formative years in and around the Twin Cities.
James attended and graduated from Mankato State University with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and started his career working for RSM in Minneapolis. It didn't take long before he realized the corporate tax world wasn't for him.
James joined ROR so he could enjoy a more balanced home /work life that he prefers (at least 8 months of the year) and the flexibility to pursue his passion for travel and the outdoors outside of tax season.
During tax season, James is 100% committed to helping clients with their personal and small business tax needs.
